Inflatable anal plug that can be filled with water

This anal plug has a rubber tube running through it. Fluids can flow freely even when it is inflated. Once the plug has been inserted and inflated, a sturdy rubber hose can be connected to the enema bag. When it is time to administer the enema, the fluid begins to flow through the inflatable plug directly into the bowel. At the same time, the inflatable plug prevents the enema from being pushed out or leaking prematurely until the desired moment.
