Universal carabine

Classic multi-purpose carabiner. Carabiners do not have a load capacity certification as it is common for climbing carabiners. Therefore, use your head before you hang someone on them.

If someone hangs a 100 kg guy on one 40 mm carabiner and he subsequently gets hurt, let him go elsewhere to complain. We are not in America to suffer the consequences of misuse of all my products, and you may have already read when logging on to this shop that Bugshop is for mature and adult customers.

Dimensions: 

40 mm - compatible with both types of chains we sell (TYPE 1 and TYPE 2). Load capacity according to the manufacturer's technical data sheet: 70 kg

60 mm - compatible with the larger of the chains we sell (TYPE 1). This is the most commonly used carabiner. Load capacity according to the manufacturer's technical data sheet: 120 kg

80 mm - compatible with the larger of the chains we sell (TYPE 1). With some lugs the compatibility is not 100% and can be a bit tight. Load capacity according to the manufacturer's technical data sheet: 250 kg

180 mm - The largest of the carabiners we offer is not (by default) designed for shackles. It is not directly compatible with any of the chains we supply, to attach it to a chain (TYPE 1) you need to use for example an 80mm carabiner. The reason we offer it on the Bugshop is because it can be used as a small suspension point for shibari, i.e. as a cheap and small alternative to a shibari ring. However, it is not only an alternative, it is also a good accessory if you want to use, for example, several suspension points at the same time as I like to do. You need a minimum of additional mounting material to install it, as it is simply a carabiner in its own right.
