The Metal Humbler is quite literally a multi-purpose toy for serious CBT play. It is opened using an Allen key, and nuts and wing nuts are used to secure the individual parts. It is lockable, which further enhances the psychological experience, and features several different positions for use.
In its default position, it serves to pull the testicles backwards, forcing the wearer to lean forwards.
The stretched testicles can be gripped and squeezed using the attached ring.
For a more intense experience and greater pain, the clamped testicles can be further tormented using a spiked press.
The eyelets on the sides can be used for various forms of bondage.
