This slapper is exceptional not only for its novel design, but above all for the material used. We have used exotic wood, which is very interesting to look at and to touch, and its colour is similar to cherry wood.

I have a very positive attitude towards nature and ecology, so I am proud to say that this spatula fulfils what I imagine by the term "eco". The company that supplies us with the wood is certified as a rainforest "non-destroyer", i.e. its wood comes from purpose-grown material. And because it's wood offcuts that would otherwise end up in a stove, we don't leave behind an unnecessary carbon footprint (this wood travels thousands of miles to get to us).
